How to renew a Covid passport in Murcia
The Region of Murcia has given residents the option to easily renew their certificate online
Residents who need to renew their EU Covid certificates, which can provide proof of negative test, of vaccination or of having had the virus recently, can do so online, on the Murcian Health System’s website.
Those who need a renew their pass, or simply want to download a copy in PDF format or in a handy Apple or Android wallet format can follow these simple steps:
- Go to the portal salud website following this link: https://portalsalud.carm.es/portalsalud/principal/inicio#renovar
- Insert your Certificate identifier (a long code made up numbers, letters and symbols), which can be found on your existing Covid certificate.
- Fill out your date of birth.
- Click ‘Descargar PDF’ to download a pdf version or ‘Descargar Wallet Apple’ to download a version compatible with Apple wallet for iPhones. The version for Android wallet is only available when accessing the website on an Android device which already has the Google Pay app installed.
Please note that these steps are only for residents who have previously obtained their Covid certificate and have access to the certificate identifier. Click here for instructions on how to obtain a Covid pass for the first time.
