Jumilla drives ahead with road improvement works
The town is improving road surfaces and lighting on its streets
Work began recently to improve and repave the RM-A11 roadway that links the northern Murcia town of Jumilla with Fuente Álamo de Albacete. The work is being carried out by the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of the Region of Murcia to the tune of 1.3 million euros.
At the same time, the local Town Council in Jumilla has approved a project to improve the lightning of the Camino de los Franceses road, which a council spokeswoman pointed out was being financed with the money they had left over from last year’s budget.
