The Region saw a increase of almost 9% during the third quarter of this year
The residential property market is showing remarkable strength as house prices continue to rise in Murcia. The College of Property Registrars claim that Murcia is the sixth most popular region for house purchases in Spain.
In the third quarter of 2024, as far as the Region of Murcia is concerned, the number of property transaction carried out has increased, while at the same time the prices have also increased, both for the sale of new and used housing.
The average cost of a home in Murcia has increased by 8.9% in this period. This is the second largest increase of any community in SPain, reaching 1,254 euros per square metre, according to the Property Registry Statistics published recently.
The number of sales rose faster than the number of imported homes, by 21.2%, to 6,273.
