Camposol notifications: Sector A owners and proxies can collect documents

After contact between the Camposol Business Association and Mazarrón Council it has been arranged that Sector A owners and proxies can collect documents

After the Camposol Business Association received requests for information regarding homeowners on Sector A who were not able to obtain the notifications regarding the approval of Mazarrón Council taking over responsibility to complete the public elements of the Camposol Urbanisation, the Business Association took the matter up with Mazarrón Council.

The Business Association has now received an answer from the council, which is that Sector B and Sector A owners or their selected proxy can collect the notification document at the Camposol Social Centre, Calle Jara, Sector B, after July 29, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm.

To collect the document, the homeowner or proxy must identify the address corresponding to the document to be collected and also provide their own DNI/NIE number.

The notification procedure is a legal requirement for the council takeover process and is a legal process similar to a recorded delivery letter in which homeowners sign for a copy of the section of the minutes of the Mazarrón Council’s governing board meeting where the approval of the change of management system for the Camposol urbanisation was approved. Signing for the document does not infer that homeowners either accept or reject the content, it is simply part of the legal process of informing owners of the decision approved by the Council.

To remind owners there are still 2 dates when documentation for scheduled roads will be available for collection from the Social Centre between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm, these are:

• Wednesday July 24: Calles Tamariz – Albox – Albanchez - Virgen de la Cabeza – Antas
• Friday July 26: Calles Alicun – Alcontar – Berja – Conicera – Bedar - Cuevas Almanzora – Jara

Homeowners with property on these roads or their proxy can collect the notification by providing their DNI/NIE number and signing for the document.
