Tom Jones, Take That, UB40, Simple Minds and more: Acts playing at Marbella Starlite Occident festival 2024

Sheryl Crow, Keane and Jamie Cullum are also slated to play at the Costa del Sol’s biggest summer festival

Tom Jones and UB40 are the latest acts to join the line-up of the Starlite Occident 2024 festival, which will be held between mid-June and early August in Marbella, Spain, and is already confirmed to feature a number of big names from the British and international music scenes.

Sir Tom will be performing at Starlite Marbella on Tuesday July 23 as part of his tour of Spain, which also takes in a visit to Murcia to perform on July 25.

Another British act, the band Keane (known for their 2004 tracks ‘Everybody’s Changing’ and ‘Somewhere Only We Know’) will be performing on Tuesday July 9, while celebrated jazz musician Jamie Cullum will be performing on Friday June 14, Sheryl Crow on Friday June 21.

Also in July, boyband Take That will perform two dates – Sunday July 14 and Monday 15 – while Simple Minds will sing ‘Don’t You (Forget About Me)’ on Monday July 22.

In August, it is the turn of UB40 featuring founder and frontman Ali Campbell. They will perform on Friday August 9.

There are also plenty more classic Spanish acts lined up to play at Starlite Occident 2024, such as Los Secretos (Thursday August 1), Miguel Poveda (Thursday August 8), La Oreja de Van Gogh (Wednesday August 14), new kid on the block Ana Mena (Friday August 23) and old hands Hombres G (Saturday August 31).
