Sunny skies and rising temperatures: Spain weather forecast March 30–April 2
The daytime temperatures will climb steadily throughout the week across most of Spain

Temperatures expected on Tuesday afternoon, March 31
Spain will see a much more settled spell of weather this week with high pressure bringing plenty of dry and sunny conditions. Most of the mainland will enjoy stable weather and temperatures will rise day by day. The warmest conditions will be felt across the south and east, including the Region of Murcia and much of Andalucia.
However, unpredicatble northern Spain and the Balearics can expect very strong winds at the beginning of the week and persistent rain in parts.
Monday March 30

It will be a bright and largely settled day across most of Spain. Sunshine will be widespread, especially across central and southern areas. A few clouds may linger in the far north, but it will stay mostly dry.
Temperatures will reach around 14°C to 18°C in northern regions and 18°C to 21°C across the south and east, including Alicante and Murcia.
Despite the bright outlook in most parts, very strong gusts of wind are forecast in Aragon, the Balearic Islands and Catalonia, where orange level alerts have been activated. Yellow warnings are in place in the Valencian Community and Madrid.
Tuesday March 31

The outlook for Tuesday is very similar and the wind warnings remain in place. The north of the country will bear the brunt of the unsettle weather but it should be dry and bright elsewhere.
Temperatures will continue to climb across the board, except in the far northeast, the Cantabrian coast, and the Balearic Islands, with the mercury tipped to hit 26°C-28°C in Murcia and parts of inland Andalucia.
Wednesday April 1

Cloudy or overcast skies are again expected in northern Spain on Wednesday, with light but persistent rain along the eastern Cantabrian slopes, the upper Ebro valley, the northern Iberian System and the Pyrenees. In contrast, the day will be mostly clear or partly cloudy in the south.
The strengthening of a Mediterranean low-pressure system is expected to increase instability in the northeast of the country and the Balearic Islands, with abundant cloud cover and rain.
Daytime temperatures will dip very slightly in the south.
Thursday April 2

Thursday will bring more overcast skies to northern Spain, along with light but persistent rain. Once again, the south of the country can look forward to a bright, mostly sunny day.
Thermometers will take another welcome upswing in the northeast and south of Spain, although daytime temperatures will fall in the Valencian Community.
