The municipal sports centre of San Miguel de Salinas is located at the east of the town, below the main town centre and close to the CV-95 which runs from Orihuela to Torrevieja in Calle Montesino Blanco.
The facilities include a full-size football pitch, a multi-sports court (basketball, five-a-side football, handball, etc), two tennis courts and the municipal swimming-pool, which is outdoors and opens only in the summer school holidays (late June to early September).
Reservations for all facilities can be made at the sports centre itself, on Calle Marisa Lloret, or by telephone at 638 608013 (or through the Town Hall switchboard on 965 720001.
There are also municipal paddle tennis courts close by in the Balcón de la Costa Blanca urbanization, for which reservations can be made on the same telephone numbers.
