The Costa del Sol will be drenched all week long, but everyone else should have dried out by the weekend
Andalusia weather forecast, Tuesday February 7
After some lovely sunny respite from the wintery weather last week, we are back to a more normal February in Andalusia, with rainclouds and thunderstorms lashing across the region mid-week.
Indeed, the week starts with yellow weather warnings for snowfall in the high mountainous areas of Granada and Jaén on Monday February 6 and Tuesday 7, and even warnings for the risk of rainfall in excess of 20mm in one hour on the Costa del Sol and near the Strait of Gibraltar.

There will also be rain across much of the rest of the region on Tuesday, sweeping down from the north and drenching Cordoba, Sevilla and Huelva, conditions that continue into Wednesday 8, though Almeria will get off lighter than other areas of the region.

Thursday 9 and Friday 10 will be drier for the most part, but Malaga, Marbella and the Costa del Sol will have almost non-stop rain all the way through until the afternoon/evening of Sunday 12.

Temperatures will not be as high as they were last week, though there will still be maximums during the day of around 17ºC in most parts, and up to 21ºC on the Costa de Almería.

- Saturday February 11: Min -2ºC; Max 21ºC
- Sunday February 12: Min -1ºC; Max 21ºC
