Rain this weekend: Murcia weather forecast March 7-10
We will have a couple of rainy days and plenty of cloud cover this weekend, but temperatures will stay the same

Murcia will have a little bit of rain this weekend, especially on Saturday March 9, but nowhere near as much as the neighbouring provinces of Albacete, Almería and Jaén and for the most part it will be a sunny few days.
This Thursday March 7 will start off sunny and bright, then darken as the day goes on, with the rain sweeping across from west to east in the evening and bringing with it thunderstorms for central Murcia and the Mar Menor.

However, it will only rain over night and then clear up by the morning of Friday March 8, which will be a lovely sunny day with cloudy intervals and a gentle breeze.

Saturday will be the rainiest day this weekend, with the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicting steady rain all day until around 6pm, when it starts to clear up. Aemet has also issued yellow warnings for strong winds along the coast of Murcia of around 30-40kmh but which could reach as high as 50 or 60kmh at points, and for waves of up to 3 metres high.

On Sunday March 10, the sun comes back out and is forecast to stick around into early next week – albeit with plenty of “cloudy intervals” – even as neighbouring parts of Spain continue to get a drenching and snowfall.

This weekend, maximum temperatures will remain fairly stable, continuing to reach up to 16-20ºC during the day, while at night minimums will be around 9-12ºC on the coast and 4-7ºC inland.
