Paying your car tax in Torre Pacheco while the website is down
A cyberattack on the official website has left it out of action for the last month
Residents of Torre Pacheco who need to carry out official paperwork and processes with the Town Hall have been stymied by the fact that the Ayuntamiento’s website is still down following the cyberattack they suffered at the end of March.
As such, anyone in the municipal area of Torre Pacheco, including those who live in Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort, La Torre Golf Resort, Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort and Mar Menor Golf Resort, who wishes to get an appointment with the Town Hall or who wants to finalise other formalities like paying their car tax cannot do so online.
Luckily, there exist alternatives to doing everything online.

You can send an email to recaudaciontp@gmail.com to request the information you need to pay your car tax. Include all pertinent information, such as your car registration number, the tax identifier and your first and last name. They will get back to you with instructions for paying your car tax.
Go along in person
If you can, go to the town hall tax office yourself, wait to talk to someone and explain what you need. The office can be found at Paseo Villa Esperanza, 30700, Torre Pacheco.
