ARCHIVED - Malaga pulls the pin on rowdy stag and hen dos
Anyone caught naked, in underwear or sporting genital-themed blow-ups in the Andalucia city could be fined

To ensure bit of peace and quiet for the locals and more laid-back visitors, the Commission of Social Rights of Malaga City Council has approved a proposal that will strictly regulate stag and hen dos.
And while the city isn’t actually banning bachelor and bachelorette parties outright, the authorities will crack down on any behaviour they deem crude or unseemly, such as going out in public naked or in underwear and carrying blow-up dolls, inflatable penises and other items of a more ‘vulgar’ nature.
“What it ultimately intends to do is put a stop to certain uncivil behaviors that we have been having in the city," Councillor Mar Torres explained.
Any stag or hen parties caught flouting the rules can be slapped with a fine, but police officers will first issue the revelers with a warning and clearly explain the new legislation. If they refuse to comply, they will be penalised.
