Camposol plot of land is withdrawn from State auction
The 12,000-square-metre plot was withdrawn from auction after just four days
The plot of land on Sector D of the Camposol urbanisation which was entered into the Spanish state auction on August 1, with the deadline for bids being 6.00 pm August 21, has been withdrawn from the process and no bids will now be accepted.
The land in question is listed as Plot DP-3B which is privately owned, and is designated for sports use, bordering poligonos D4 and D7 and to the west of the football pitch on Calle Nogales.
The asset was entered into the auction by order of the Murcia regional tax agency with a valuation quoted as €183.014,07 with a minimum bid of €18.301,40. The amount being reclaimed by the tax agency is €68,909.76, which usually indicates the amount of unpaid tax owed.
However, on August 5 the lot was withdrawn from the auction by the tax agency, suggesting that the owner regarded the asset as being worth more than the €68,909.76 being reclaimed or has other plans in the pipeline and arranged to settle the outstanding amount before any bids were received.
The plot is over 12.000 square metres and is described as; Building plot for sports use with an area of twelve thousand three hundred and twenty-four metres located in the El Saladillo Partial Plan - Sectors B, C, D, F, - Area A05-07 - Municipality of Mazarrón. Some confusion arose regarding the boundaries of the land as the Land Registry plans show the exercise area recently installed by Mazarrón Council predomintantly located inside the boundary lines.
