British groom hauled off Alicante flight for vaping
The passenger vaped through the entire flight from Manchester to the Costa Blanca

A Ryanair passenger's big day got off to a rocky start when he was arrested after vaping throughout his flight from Manchester to Spain. The man, who was headed to Alicante to tie the knot, clearly didn't get the memo about no smoking on planes.
According to fellow passenger and comedian Katrina Robinson, the man received a warning from the pilot but just couldn't resist taking a few more puffs.
"Everything was kicking off," she said on TikTok, describing the scene on board.
“Apparently the man was getting married in Spain, imagine that being the man you’re marrying, how embarrassing, all for a pineapple vape on a two hour flight,” she added.
To make matters worse, once he’d been caught out, the vaping passenger started referring to all of the flight attendants as “Señor” - “so embarrassed to be British right now,” Ms Robinson” said.
Unsurprisingly, several Guardia Civil officers were waiting on the tarmac at Alicante airport to take the man away.
The whole ordeal was caught on camera and has since racked up more than 300,000 views on TikTok.
One user commented: “Do flights ever land in Alicante without the police having to lift someone?”
Another questioned: “Do these people not feel embarrassed needing to suck on a pineapple flavoured vape?”
"Everyone knows you can't smoke on planes, come on", a third said.
