Andalucía weekend weather forecast December 11-14: Chilly mornings, cloudier skies and showers for some
Easterly breezes, crisp starts and a mix of cloud, rain and milder coastal afternoons across Andalucía
A cooler, more unsettled spell is setting up across Andalucía, with chilly starts, a lot of cloud and periods of rain, particularly towards the Mediterranean and the Strait. Inland areas will feel fresher, while coastal spots stay milder but often damp and breezy.Thursday December 11
Andalucía weather forecast, Thursday December 11A cold start for most, with single-figure temperatures and a noticeably crisp feel, especially near Granada and Jaén. Skies are partly cloudy at first, turning more overcast in the western third and along the Mediterranean coast by late afternoon. Daytime highs hold steady on the Med side and lift slightly elsewhere. Light easterly winds prevail, sometimes moderate around the eastern Mediterranean shoreline and through the Strait.

Andalucía weather forecast, Friday December 12Skies turn very cloudy or overcast with spells of moderate rain, most persistent in the western half. Overnight temperatures rise, so the morning feels less cold, while afternoon values dip a little in the west and change very little further east. Winds are mainly light easterlies, with some fresher intervals near the Mediterranean, Cádizand Tarifa and brief southerly phases over western areas around the middle of the day.

Andalucía weather forecast, Saturday December 13Cloud dominates again, with light to moderate showers for much of the day, more frequent along the Mediterranean coast. Minimum temperatures rise in the eastern third, including Huelva, and maximums pick up in the west, giving a milder feel there. Coastal areas may reach the low twenties, with around 22 degrees possible near Málaga and Motril. Easterly winds are light to moderate, with stronger gusts along exposed Mediterranean shores.
Sunday December 14
Andalucía weather forecast, Sunday December 14Very cloudy skies continue, with light to moderate showers along the Mediterranean coast, particularly close to the Strait and the western stretch, where some bursts may be heavier and longer-lasting. Temperatures change little, with many coastal spots in the high teens during the afternoon, with Almería reaching 21 degrees. Easterly winds stay light to moderate but can be gusty at times on Mediterranean beaches and parts of the Atlantic coast.
By the end of the weekend, Andalucía will have seen plenty of cloud and some rain, but with decent temperatures for December it should still be manageable weather for day-to-day plans as long as the umbrella stays close to hand.
