Land is cleared ready for work to begin
Land adjacent to the Farmacia and health centre (Consultorio) on Camposol’s Sector A is being cleared ready for work to begin, although no official statement has been made regarding what is to be built.
The land was subject to an auction in late 2020, part of the land was designated “Genérico” (Generic) which indicates that it can be used for general purposes with the only exclusions being residential, industrial and open air recreation, the balance of the land being designated for parking.
According to records the Generic part of the land was auctioned by Mazarrón Council in 2020, the successful bidder was Camposol Health Clinic SL with a bid of 78,500€.
An official presentation and statement are expected in the coming weeks.
