From Trusted Local Service to Household Name: Why Clean Now Has Become Alicante's Go-To Property Partner
A once-simple cleaning service in Alicante has grown into the name residents, expats and holiday home owners across the Costa Blanca all rely on
There was a time when looking after a property on the Costa Blanca meant juggling a battered address book full of different numbers. One for the cleaner, another for the window washer, a third for the keyholder who let the guests in, and a growing list of odd-job men for whenever something needed fixing. These days, across Alicante and the coastal towns nearby, that whole list has been replaced by a single name: Clean Now.
What started as a dedicated local cleaning service has, over the past few years, grown into something much bigger. Clean Now has quietly become the property partner that residents, holiday home owners and business operators across the region turn to first, and it's not hard to see why.
The secret to becoming a household name
Ask anyone who's used them and the same words come up: simple, quick and, above all, trustworthy. That combination has driven Clean Now's rapid growth across Alicante, El Campello, Playa de San Juan, Benidorm and Torrevieja.
For international owners juggling a Spanish property from abroad, or residents simply too busy to manage everything themselves, the daily reality of homeownership here can feel like a lot. Add a language barrier into the mix and it only gets harder. Clean Now built its name by lifting that weight off people's shoulders, offering a professional, fully English-speaking service that just works.
"Becoming a household name isn't about flashy marketing," the team behind the company explains. "It's about being the people that clients trust with their door keys. When someone knows their home, holiday apartment or office is going to be spotless, secure and looked after without any stress, they stick with you. And they tell their neighbours."
That word of mouth has carried Clean Now well beyond ordinary house cleaning. Today, the company is the first call for:
- Private homeowners and expats wanting regular weekly or fortnightly housekeeping, keeping dust, calima residue and coastal humidity firmly under control
- Airbnb and holiday rental hosts who need fast, dependable changeovers, fresh linen and properties prepped to earn those all-important five-star reviews
- Residential communities (comunidades de propietarios) looking for reliable upkeep of shared entrances, stairwells, lifts and communal areas
- Offices, commercial premises and hospitality venues after tailored cleaning, window maintenance and specialist solutions
The all-in-one advantage: Clean Now and ManitasNow
Part of what sets Clean Now apart is that it doesn't stop at cleaning. Through its sister maintenance division, ManitasNow, clients get a single point of contact for pretty much everything a property might throw at them.
Need the air conditioning serviced before summer? A minor electrical fix? A leaking tap sorted, or a thorough clean-up after renovation work? One call covers it all, which means no more scrambling to find yet another tradesperson when something goes wrong.
It's this joined-up approach, cleaning and maintenance under one roof, that has turned Clean Now from a handy service into a genuine household name across the Costa Blanca.
